              When looking for items for my home or children I always look at reviews and products as a whole. I try to find the best items with great quality and use ability. One company I came across has a few items I felt would be great to try and share with you all. I will cover three of them today; the Digital Rectal Thermometer, Deodorizers for Diaper Pail and the Magnetic Safety Locks + Key. Below I have a review and photos of each of these items…. The one I am particularly excited about is the Magnetic Safety Locks + Key!

                First let me just fill you in on the company itself. The company is called Purple Safety. Purple safety’s goal is to focus on making the world a happier and safer place for your little ones to grow up in. They stated that the safety in mind is for house, snuggled up in a bassinet or playing outside. It is their goal to keep your little ones safe!

                The first item that I was offered was their Digital Rectal Thermometer. It has a flexible tip that is comfortable for your little one. I definitely recommend this item as it’s always good to have a good working thermometer on hand. My daughter did not seem to be fussy when I used this on her and she just allowed me to take her temperature. If you feel like this is a great product for you; you can purchase one on their website for $13.95. This to me is a great price as most in stores are around the same price if not more. But it works fast and is easy to use on your little one.


                Second, I was offered to try out their Deodorizers for the Diaper Pail. This comes in a pack of 6 and these are a game changer for me. I place one in the bottom of my diaper pail and it smells good and covers up that dirty diaper smell. What more can a mother ask for right? To order these at their website will cost you $12.95 for a pack of 6. These even come in a cute little pouch bag as well. For me they seem to last a good while before you have to change them out too!

 

                Third, we will discuss the Magnetic Safety Locks + Key. This is the one I was most excited that they let me test out. These are so simple to install on your cabinet doors and there were NO screws or drilling needed. These cabinets lock really well and you cannot open them without the key so you have no fear of your little one getting in the cabinets and getting a hold of cleaning products, glass dishes or more. I love these so much that I am going to purchase more to use them in my bathrooms as well. I currently have gates or close the bathroom doors so that my daughter does not make her way in there. I currently have installed these into the kitchen cabinets on the lower cabinets where my daughter can reach. You can order these kits in two sizes. The first kit includes 4 Magnetic Safety Locks + 1 Key for $15.85. The second kit includes 8 Magnetic Safety Locks + 2 Keys for $23.94. Like I stated before these are a MUST have over those other cabinet locks where you have to screw them into the cabinets and you have to slide your hand in to push the release in order to open them. With these you simply place your magnetic key on the cabinet where they lock is and it releases. SOOOOO Much easier!

So I came across a new style straw bottle/Sippy cup for my little 5 year old. I reached out to Parent’s Favorites and asked about the cup and told them I wanted to review this Haakaa straw bottle to see how well it works. This cup has ergonomic easy grip handles that allows your little one to gain the confidence to hold their cup all by their self. Baby Comfy Care Nail Clippers

As most parents know, it’s so hard to keep our baby’s fingers short so that they don’t scratch themselves or even us. Personally when my daughter was about 2 months old; I tried clipping her fingernails. For me, that was the last time I would do that!
